As you are browsing through our online products you will have the option to click on "ADD TO CART" to place the product in your Shopping Bag. Repeat this step for all of the products that you wish to purchase. To complete your order you can click on "VIEW CART" from the menu on the left. At this point you are also able to remove items or increase quantities of items in your cart. Once you are satisfied with your order, click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" to begin entering your order details and preferred shipping method. Shipping Information:
We ship to Canada, US and Internationally! If ordering outside of Canada or the US, we will contact you after the order is placed for shipping rates. You can also contact us for an International shipping quote.

Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
Shipping rates are flat rates of $5.00 Vancouver Lower Mainland, $10.00 across Canada & $12.95 to North West Territories and Yukon.

$15 flat rate to USA.
We ship via Canada Post. All shipping rates include insurance, traceability and require a signature upon receipt.
You can expect your parcel to be received between 6 to 10 business days; however, delivery times will depend on the postal services in your area.
After placing your order, an email confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number.

Return Policy:
We hope you're going to love your purchase but in case you have changed your mind, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on makeup, skincare, hair care products, undergarments and earrings. We will do our utmost to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Should you be concerned about any product information, please ask us and we will send you a full list of the ingredients.
All purchases, except for those mentioned above, can be exchanged or returned for store or online credit within 14 days, accompanied with original receipt. Please contact us via email before returning anything so we can inform you where and how to make your return.

All our items are inspected before being packaged and shipped. If you find any damage or issues with any of the items, please report it within 48 hours and send a picture showing the damage to [email protected]. We will address how to proceed in getting a replacement item sent to you.
Our inventory may be subject to change, despite our best efforts to keep inventory accurate. This rarely happens but in the event that it does, you will be notified shortly after placing your order and you will be refunded for the payment amount.
